Q. What is grout?
A. Grout is a thin mortar used for filling spaces in tile and masonry. The solidified plaster-like material seals the installations, but also can also accumulate stains that can be difficult to reach, let alone clean, when in tough-to-reach areas such as joints and corners.

Q. Is dirty grout dangerous?
A. It can be. Black mold can contribute to dirty grout and tile, which can be an extreme health hazard.

Your American Grout Specialists is instructed to do only the work which is outlined on this signed work order. Due to the extreme time constraints of providing scheduled service to our customers, please do not ask your American Grout Specialists to do any work other than that described above. We will be happy to schedule another appointment to do any additional work you may require.
